Iced Oatmeal Bites

iced oatmeal bites

These are a quick and delicious recipe, super easy to make and can be stored in the freezer to grab and go when you please. And when I say quick to make, I mean 5 minutes quick.

Iced Oatmeal Bites

  • Makes 6
  • 200g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 handful of fresh blueberries
  • 1 handful of mixed dried fruit
  • 1 handful of good quality muesli (no added sugar)
  • 2tbsp honey
  • 1tsp vanilla essence
  • Silicon cupcake moulds

In a bowl, quite simply combine the ingredients. Then spoon out between 6 moulds. Chill for at least 2 hours then enjoy. (I told you this one was easy)

Silicone moulds are a must for easy turning out. These iced oatmeal bites make a delicious breakfast on a hot day, or I like them as a little dessert in the evening. Enjoy!
