Peanut butter stuffed dates coated in milk chocolate. A delicious and wholesome alternative to a chocolate bar!
- 12 Dates, stone removed
- Peanut butter
- 100 g Milk chocolate
Slice open the dates to remove the stone, keeping the date in tact (make sure not to slice the date in half)
Use a round edge knife to spread peanut butter into each date and close up. Chill for 30-40 minutes
Using the microwave or by heating in a bowl over a pan of boiling water melt your milk chocolate until it is fully smooth. Drop the dates into the chocolate and using 2 forks move around until fully coated. Place onto a non-stick surface and pop into the fridge to set. Then enjoy!
