- 2 Bananas (ripe)
- 350g Greek yoghurt
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Ground ginger
- 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
Add the bananas to the bowl and mash with a fork until they are a smooth puree.
Add in the greek yoghurt, honey, ground ginger and cocoa powder and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a freezer suitable container and freeze for 4 hours before enjoying.
