Banana Oat Energy Balls

Equipment

  • Large bowl
  • Wooden spoon
  • Tray
  • Greaseproof paper

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas, ripe
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Ground ginger
  • 150 g Oats
  • 50 g Sultanas
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter (heaped)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl mash your bananas, then add the cinnamon, ginger and oats. Mix well.
  • Add the sultanas and peanut butter and stir well once again until the mix is evenly combined.
  • Roll the mix into 12 balls, a little smaller then a ping pong ball.
  • Chill the energy balls on a tray lined with greaseproof paper for 30 minutes before transferring to a bowl for storage.
