Banana Oat Energy Balls
A quick and healthy recipe for when you feel snacky!
- 2 Bananas, ripe
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ground ginger
- 150 g Oats
- 50 g Sultanas
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter (heaped)
In a large bowl mash your bananas, then add the cinnamon, ginger and oats. Mix well.
Add the sultanas and peanut butter and stir well once again until the mix is evenly combined.
Roll the mix into 12 balls, a little smaller then a ping pong ball.
Chill the energy balls on a tray lined with greaseproof paper for 30 minutes before transferring to a bowl for storage.
