Steamed dim sum is my favourite in the Summertime. It’s simple, incredibly fresh and arrives at your table in minutes. On the specials today was a chicken and coriander dumpling for us to try.
Billows of steam came up from these guys so they sat and cooled for a good while before either of us dared to try one!
Look how big and squishy they are! I love that they’re kinda see-through.
The generous filling is quite simply some chopped, stir fried chicken with a little garlic and a generous sprinkling of fresh coriander. Tasty and uncomplicated, this is some very guilt free dim sum. Perfect with a hot cup of jasmine tea!
