If you follow me on Instagram then you’ll know that I love a wrap. Stuff something tasty inside a flatbread, chow down and enjoy. Bam. Perfect for when I’m in a rush or just plain lazy but not wanting to eat something junky.
I feel like all my life I’ve just made do when it comes to blenders and food processors. I’ve never truly invested in a good one and as a result I shell out for a new one every few years. They’re one of those things where you get what you pay for, and honestly? I’ve got what I’ve paid for…
I cannot tell you how happy deliveries like this make me! Getting a text from Q to tell me I have something waiting at home has me clock watching all day. Oh to be a full time blogger… *sigh*
Isn’t it the Japanese who have a saying which marvels at how you can do the same thing twice and it won’t be the same? I couldn’t have experienced that more perfectly this weekend. Last year I took my mum to The Malverns for Mother’s Day, where we set up camp and cooked hot dogs in coats and scarfs and huddled around our little cooker for warmth. It was so much fun that this year I planned to do for her the same again, only this time there was sunshine on my side.
You may remember from my previous post that I’m in the process of reviewing a whole host of kitchen goodies by Panasonic. I can’t lie I’m enjoying this collaboration so much: every couple of months something exciting turns up at my door and I try to make it look at home in my kitchen. I say that, because the Panasonic range is seriously shiny and the appliances look ever so slightly out of place in my not-as-shiny kitchen… they look as though they were made to stand upon sparkling marble work tops!
