If you follow me on Instagram then you’ll know that I love a wrap. Stuff something tasty inside a flatbread, chow down and enjoy. Bam. Perfect for when I’m in a rush or just plain lazy but not wanting to eat something junky.
This recipe is a great alternative to the Sunday roast when you’re in the mood for a more relaxed evening in rather than watching over numerous dishes cooking away. Using cheap cuts of meat cooked low and slow in one pot you’ll get a delicious, hearty meal that saves money and washing up. More time for relaxing!
You may remember from my previous post that I’m in the process of reviewing a whole host of kitchen goodies by Panasonic. I can’t lie I’m enjoying this collaboration so much: every couple of months something exciting turns up at my door and I try to make it look at home in my kitchen. I say that, because the Panasonic range is seriously shiny and the appliances look ever so slightly out of place in my not-as-shiny kitchen… they look as though they were made to stand upon sparkling marble work tops!
This was one of those dinners that returned crazy levels of enjoyment for the level of effort it took to make. So really, it’s a spectacular quick meal for a lazy evening! Crispy pieces of chicken teamed with cold and creamy guacamole… it’s a dreamy sandwich combo for sure.
